Northeast Florida, Jacksonville. The
ICNEF is located about 10 miles east
of central Jacksonville city and about
15 miles south of Jacksonville International
(JAX) airport. The center offers a place
to pray, full time Islamic school, Sunday
school, summer school, marriage services,
Funeral services, Quranic and Arabic
teachings etc. |

Volume
2, Book 13, Number 1: Narrated Abu Huraira:
I heard Allah's Apostle (p.b.u.h) saying,
"We (Muslims) are the last (to
come) but (will be) the foremost on
the Day of Resurrection though the former
nations were given the Holy Scriptures
before us. And this was their day (Friday)
the celebration of which was made compulsory
for them but they differed about it.
So Allah gave us the guidance for it
(Friday) and all the other people are
behind us in this respect: the Jews'
(holy day is) tomorrow (i.e. Saturday)
and the Christians' (is) the day after
tomorrow (i.e. Sunday)."
Narrated
Anas bin Malik: The Prophet said, "Whoever
slaughtered the sacrifice before the
prayer, he just slaughtered it for himself,
and whoever slaughtered it after the
prayer, he slaughtered it at the right
time and followed the tradition of the
Muslims."
Said
Jesus the son of Mary: "O Allah
our Lord! send us from heaven a Table
set (with viands), that there may be
for us - for the first and the last
of us - a solemn festival (Eid) and
a Sign from Thee; and provide for our
sustenance, for Thou art the best sustainer
(of our needs)." (Al-Maidah:14)
