History
of Islamic Center
The Islamic Center
of Northeast Florida, Inc. was incorporated as a not-for-Profit corporation
under the laws of the State of Florida on December 12, 1978. Under the
Charter and the By-Laws, the authority to manage the affairs of the
Islamic Center rests solely with its Board of Directors. In order to
ensure the Rules of Conduct approved by the Board of Directors. These
Rules are posted in the Islamic Center Hallway. May God Almighty guide
us all, and make us worthy of the use of His House. Ameen!
Every Muslim is entitled to use the Islamic Center building. However,
only members in good standing that are entitled to vote under the By-Laws
may participate in managing the Islamic Center by electing members to
the Board of Directors.
