ADMINISTRATOR POSITION AT ISLAMIC CENTER OF NORTHEAST FLORIDA
who will work within the framework of the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the institution to provide responsible management of operations and stewardship of finances at the Islamic Center of Northeast Florida. 2. Responsibilities:
a. Business:
i. Assists the Board of Trustees in implementing its strategic business plan.
ii. Oversees contractual relationships with vendors and service providers.
iii. Participates in Board and committee meetings (where applicable).
b. Operation:
I. Oversees facility use, maintenance, and master planning.
ii. Manages proper communication with membership and donors.
iii. Oversees office operations and information technology including overseeing office and other staff of the Islamic Center.
c. Finances:
I. Ensures prudent management of finances.
ii. Coordinates with Board of Trustees in preparing and monitoring of annual budget.
3. Personal Competencies:
a. Establishes trustworthiness in developing financial strategies.
b. Impeccable integrity in operations, communication, and record keeping.
c. Knowledge and experience in business operations.
d. Excellent communicator with diverse constituencies.
e. Demonstrated capability to manage cash and the budgeting.

h. Skilled in interpersonal relationships.
4. Education/Experience:
a. College graduate. Degree in business or finance preferable.
b. At least 5 years of experience in business leadership.
c. Facilities management experience desired but not mandatory.
d. Successful in managing staff of a mid-sized business.
e. Demonstrated ability to manage diverse people.
